Desaparecidos en Ucrania

Nenad Arsić, a 41-year-old Serbian mercenary from Belgrade, arrived in Ukraine a few months ago and was stationed in the Kherson region until at least November 21. He is associated with the Serbian-Ukrainian Brotherhood, a neo-Nazi group supporting Ukraine.
